Movement is the language I have always spoken.
Born in Brazil, where earth, sea, and song weave through daily life, I grew up moving — through landscapes, through dreams, through invisible currents.
Since childhood, I have followed the threads of the seen and unseen:
the dance of bodies, the quiet breath of spirit, the deep wisdom of nature.
Life carried me across continents — from Brazil’s wild embrace to India’s sacred stillness, from the vastness of the U.S. to Europe’s bridges of tradition and innovation.
Everywhere, movement was my guide, my teacher, my home.
I raised children as I raised gardens.
Built businesses as I built inner forests.
Fell, rose, fell again — and each time, the waters inside me taught me how to flow with more grace, more depth, more joy.
Today, after navigating personal storms and professional rebirths, I stand in a new current — one that no longer demands struggle but invites dance.
Fluxalia is born from this passage.
A space where movement becomes a remembering.
Where play becomes a gateway to creativity and resilience.
Where teams, individuals, and seekers reawaken the natural intelligence that stress and rigidity have long tried to silence.
In today’s world of constant mental exertion and back-to-back demands, burnout has become a silent epidemic.
My approach offers a refreshing change — using intentional movement and the forgotten power of play to shift mindsets from competition to collaboration, and to foster creativity, vitality, and well-being.
I am passionate about guiding people to rediscover the joy of embodied play — that untamed energy we carried as children, still pulsing under the surface.
Nothing moves me more than witnessing the spark returning to someone’s eyes, the honest laughter, the renewal of connection — with themselves, with others, with life.
